NDIS support services in Maryborough and the Fraser Coast.
Sampaguita Support Services is a Maryborough-based NDIS support provider working with participants and families across the Fraser Coast. We help people put their NDIS plans into action with flexible, practical supports that match individual needs and goals.
Our team delivers a wide range of supports: daily living and personal care, life skills development, job skills and employment support, transport and travel assistance, social and community participation, therapy-based support, and group and centre-based activities. Every support is tailored to the participant, delivered with respect, and focused on building independence and confidence.
What we do
Whether it’s finding the right providers, understanding plan funding, building daily living skills or getting out into the community, we approach every person with patience, respect and a genuine belief in their potential.
We offer a wide range of NDIS support services to suit individual needs and goals — delivered with flexibility, respect and a focus on independence.
Build confidence, skills and pathways toward employment — from résumé support and job readiness to workplace communication and ongoing on-the-job coaching.
Respectful, person-centred assistance with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, household routines and maintaining a safe, comfortable home.
Practical, tailored support to grow independence in budgeting, cooking, travel, communication, decision-making and other skills for everyday life.
Safe, reliable support getting to appointments, community activities, work, education and social outings — building confidence to travel more independently over time.
Get out, connect and take part in the activities that matter to you — hobbies, events, sport, volunteering and local community groups.
Therapeutic supports aligned with participant goals, working alongside families and other professionals to build capacity, wellbeing and confidence.
Engaging, structured group programs in a welcoming centre environment — a great way to build skills, friendships and confidence through shared experiences.
We listen first. Every participant’s goals, preferences and culture shape the way we coordinate supports and plan together.
NDIS plans can be complex. We break them down, make options clear, and keep participants and families informed at every step.
We follow through on what we promise. If something isn’t working, we speak up, problem-solve and keep moving toward the participant’s goals.
Great supports happen when the right people, services and community opportunities come together. We make those connections happen.
The director sits at the centre and works directly with every coordinator and support role — and every role stays connected to each other. That’s how communication stays quick and nothing falls through the cracks.
Sets the vision for participant-centred support and makes sure every team member stays close to the people we serve.
